Delivery Policy

Processing times: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment receipt. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Delivery time depends on the assigned shipping carrier; you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping costs and delivery times:

We offer free delivery on purchases over $150, as these are discounted/sale items.

We offer a customer pickup option; for more information and the address, please contact us at nanosstoresale@gmail.com.

Shipping zones: We ship nationwide. At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or ship internationally.

Order tracking: Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your shipment.
